Kathy Jones is a writer, healer and teacher. She is a co-founder of the Isle of Avalon Foundation, the Glastonbury Goddess Temple and she is the Glastonbury Goddess Conference organiser.
The Priestesses of Avalon who lead tours are trained by Kathy and self-iniate after one year; they have also undertaken further training of at least one year, often longer. These tour leaders are also members of the Goddess Temple Group and of the ceremonial group.
Goddess guided walking tours of the sacred landscape of Avalon offer a choice of visits to Glastonbury Tor, Wearyall Hill, Chalice Well, White Spring, Glastonbury Abbey, Bridget Chapel, Gog and Magog and Bride's Mound, all viewed from a Goddess perspective. On each walk there will be time to sit and and feel the presence of the Goddess in the landscape and to experience the deeper meaning of the sites and energies of Avalon.
