Emotional Healing Intensive Weekends

Many of us carry emotional and psychological wounds that prevent us from having clear and loving relationships in adulthood, that impede us in fulfilling our dreams, and that hold us back on our path to being our authentic selves and to full incarnation.

The causes of these wounds lie in childhood and adult challenges and traumas, our life experiences, and in the seeds of our karma laid down during our time in our mother’s womb, in the processes of being born and arriving in the world. Deeper causes are to be found in the stories of our incarnations and in the experiences of previous lives.

On each weekend we will use a variety of healing techniques to help connect to our emotional wounding, These will include Healing Regression using breathing techniques to help release and express emotions hidden deep within the physical and psychic  bodies, as well as the expression of grief and anger through voice and movement. As memories rise to the surface and are made conscious participants can begin to let go of traumas, which have moulded and conditioned their behaviour, sometimes throughout the whole of their lives.  

Participants work individually, in pairs and as a group to help each other feel, experience and express feelings that have been repressed and forgotten, clearing away decades of woundings, and allowing new life, love and creativity to flow into their lives.

Participants attend both weekends to get the maximum benefit from this deeply healing experience. Held within sacred healing space, participants remain responsible for themselves at all times. Minimum of 10 participants for each weekend to run.
